System & Browser was made as a simple and easy tool to help designers, developers, and other web/tech professionals. The intent is to give them an inside look into why the person on their phone keeps telling them that, “The site looks great on my screen but looks funny on Fred's. Why is that?”
Now they can just have the person on the phone (and of course, Fred) visit System & Browser and email over their specific set-up. After that, it's just a matter of debugging an issue or convincing Fred to upgrade his browser from Netscape 4.
